The importance of the family in stitution to the structure of the community is clear and unambiguous.the health and wellbeing of a community largely depends on the family and the relationships among its individuals the relationships that determine its sustain ability are ethical and legal.what keeps the family going is the upholding of values and ethics .the inportance of morality in the family is even greater than the rights .in today,s world ,the family system faces major challenges ,family breakdown separation and divorce,unaccompaied children ,deling uency and adolescents,behavioral disorders...illustrate the famiy,s damages and illustrate the inability to communicate morality and rights is the dichotomy that is created between ethics and rights ,while many rights have a moral back drop ,and in their lives people have always realized the importance of moral rights to maintain and achieve values such as justice,order,peace and prosperity .the purpose of this study is to identify and express the rights of morality in the family system ,and the research method in collecting information is a library.
