Exploring and ranking oof industrial development barriers in sabzevar

Today, the term development coincides with industrialization; In other words, no society can be found that is called developed but not industrial. In search of issues and problems that Sabzevar city has in order to achieve development and growth, without a doubt, industry has a special place. And without considering the obstacles to industrial development, we will certainly not reach the right conclusion. The purpose of this study is to identify barriers to industrial development in Sabzevar city and rank these barriers. To identify barriers to industrial development after reviewing the literature and its conceptual application, barriers to 20 components in 7 groups of economic and financial affairs - the role of government (governance) - the role of culture - the role of technology - manpower - the role of trade (target market) and the role of materials Primary and raw were classified using fuzzy Delphi method and a working group consisting of experts, in three stages, expert opinions with a threshold of 0.4 were considered and collected. After three stages of the survey, all components were approved with an average higher than the mentioned threshold. Taken and a component was added to it. Obstacles are then ranked using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. By collecting questionnaires from twelve experts, including pairwise comparison tables, the results obtained from this study include 21 components in 7 groups. Ranking the dimensions of barriers to industrial development include economic and financial affairs, the role of government (governance), the role of culture, the role of technology, manpower, the role of trade (target market) and the role of raw materials, respectively.
