The relationships between information management,process management and operational performance:internal and external contexts

In today's organizations, information management within the organization and supply chain organizations affect the organization's processes and functions. The concept of efficiency in information management and process management and the interplay between internal and external aspects of process and information management and performance is very important. Therefore, our aim is to investigate the relevance and impact of information management, process management on operational performance in internal and external domains. The data collection tool was a standard questionnaire whose content and structure validity and reliability were verified by experts. Statistical population of this study is managers and experts of the company Lar cement is Sabzevar. A total of 37 questionnaires were completed by these individuals. SPSS and PLS structural equation modeling were used to analyze the data. The results of this study showed that internal information management with internal process management and External relates. External information management also relates to external process management but does not affect internal process management. Internal process management does not affect internal and external operational performance. External process management does not affect external operational performance but internal operational performance. Finally, internal and external operational practice on Business performance is effective. Reasons for hypotheses validation and rejection were analyzed according to statistical population.
