The aim of this thesis is to comparison and comparative criticism of Baharestan and Golestan and Both common and different aspects of content and style by Review style features, Themes, Rhetorical aspects, content and writing stories of these books. The discussion can be summarized that Jaami in writing Baharestan has generally considered stylistic and structural characteristics of Golestan, but In all cases, Saadi is spoken superior than jaami. His speech is eloguent and harmonious, but it is not as strength as saadi's works. Saadi's foundation is based on the Conventional wisdom and ethics and jaami recall the ethics Principles by Religious- mystical approach. Jaami has followed Golestan at four chapters but at the other chapters has stated new objects.
