The relationship between creativity and mental health with emotional intelligence in primary teacher in Sabzevar in 2018

The present study was conducted to investigate the relationship between emotional intelligence and mental health and creativity in elementary school female teacher in Sabzevar city in 1397. The purpose of this research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of nature and descriptive method, is a correlation type. The statistical population of this study includes all female teachers of elementary school in Sabzevar city, which number is 705 and using the Morgan table, the number of samples was estimated to be 249. The research instrument was Mental Health Questionnaire (GHQ), Bar-N Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire (EQ-I) and Torrance Creativity Questionnaire. In this research, descriptive statistics, mean and standard deviation were used. To test the hypotheses, the correlation coefficient and regression analysis were used. All statistical methods were performed using SPSS 20 software. The results showed that there is a significant and relatively significant correlation between emotional intelligence and creativity and mental health.
