جریان نقد آزاد،بیش اطمینانی مدیران وبیش سرمایه گذاری
هدف اصلی این پژوهش، بررسی رابطه بین جریان نقدی آزاد، بیش‌اطمینانی مدیران و بیش‌سرمایه‌گذاری است. در این پژوهش، داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار ره¬آورد¬ نوین ¬3 استخراج و توسط نرم‌افزار اکسل تلخیص، طبقه‌بندی شده و متغیرها محاسبه و در نهایت از طریق نرم¬افزار Eviews با استفاده از مدل رگرسیون چندمتغیره به روش داده¬های ترکیبی در سطح اطمینان 95/0 فرضیه‌ها مورد آزمون قرار گرفت. نمونه آماری این پژوهش شامل 139 شرکت پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران است که در بازه زمانی 1391 تا 1395 مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. نتایج حاصل از پژوهش نشان‌دهنده آن است که بین جریان نقدی آزاد و بیش‌سرمایه‌گذاری رابطه معنادار مثبت وجود دارد. علاوه بر این، نتایج نشان داد که بیش‌اطمینانی مدیران باعث برجسته‌تر شدن رابطه بین جریان نقدی آزاد و بیش‌سرمایه‌گذاری می‌شود.

Free cash Flow,Over confidence of managers and overinvestment
The main objective of this study is to evaluate the relationship between free cash flow, overconfidence of managers and overinvestment. In this study, the data were extracted from the Rahavard Novin software and then variables classified and calculated by Excel software, and finally, through Eviews software, the multivariable regression model and panel data was used to test the hypotheses In confidence level of 95%. The sample consists of 139 firms listed in Tehran Stock Exchange in the period from 2012 to 2016. The results showed that there is a significant positive relationship between free cash flow and overinvestment. In addition, the results showed that overconfidence of managers makes stronger the relationship between free cash flow and overinvestment
