A Comparison of the Effect of Technical and vocational Skills of sabzevar students on their work Attitudes and Social Adjustment

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of technical and vocational skills of second grade high school students of Sabzevar on their job attitudes and their social adjustment in the academic year of 97-96. It is a causal-comparative research. The research sample This study included 160 second-grade students from Sabzevar High School in two groups of 80 students (trained and untrained) and were selected by simple random sampling. Data were collected through Bell's Social Adjustment Inventory (1961) and a questionnaire The attitude of Sufour et al. (2012) was gathered. The research findings were analyzed using spss software. The analytic variables of multiple and univariate variables were analyzed. The results showed that the mean of job attitudes scores p = 0/01 = n = 0/36) (80/20 = f (76,1)) and social adjustment p <0/05 n = 12/12) 5/17 = f (76,1) in training groups There is a significant difference between the two groups. However, the mean scores of the studied group are not significantly different in the two attitudes of occupational and social adjustment than in the educated group. With regard to the results, it can be acknowledged that group training of technical skills and Professional through promotion of attitudes and social adjustment indicators. Can help students reduce their work and social (interpersonal) problems, so a group of technical and vocational skills can be used to promote student and student interpersonal indicators.
