The aim of this research is studying the relation of corporate social performance (CSP), working capital management (WCM) and corporate financial performance (CFP) based on the data of the corporations in Tehran Stock Exchange. For calculating the corporate social performance, content analysis method and for measuring working capital management, cash change cycle was used. To collect the data, the information of the 104 accepted corporations in Tehran Stock Exchange during the years 2008 to 2017 (a 9-year period) has been analyzed and regression method was used to analyze the data. The results of testing the hypotheses of the research show that there is a direct and meaningful relation between corporate social performance and corporate financial performance. Therefore, it can be said that as corporate social performance increases, corporate financial performance develops as well. There is also an indirect and meaningful relation between working capital management and corporate financial performance. Regarding the results, we can say working capital management has an important role in corporate financial performance.
