Exploring and explaining the laws and legal protections of the great families of martyrs, war veterans and war veterans

The purpose of the approval of all laws and regulations of warriors, veterans and martyrs is to protect them legitimately and promote the culture of jihad and martyrdom. In this regard, the law of the fifth program has paid attention to the priorities of the war veterans in the economic and cultural spheres and has been considered as a general policy. In the Law of the fifth development program in the field of welfare and social security various cases have been considered considering the needs of the veterans and prioritizing them in line with the general policies of the system. Which can be found in Articles 3, 7, 11, 14, 20, 28, Article 44, and related paragraphs, and Article 45. In the meantime, you should mention employment priorities in different laws. Also, the Comprehensive Law of the Veteran was approved in 1391. Which is designed to cover the needs of the veterans and to regulate the instructions and increase the service to this stratum. Of course, from the point of view of executive capacity, the custodial and sacrificial institutions have sometimes faced difficulties. Part of the problems of sacrifices, the existence of numerous laws, the discrimination between veterans in the approved laws, the ambiguity of the legal provisions approved, lack of expertise at the time of the adoption of laws, different perceptions of different mechanisms from the laws passed by the Parliament, and the lack of regulation and approval of regulations The relevant time can be mentioned within the time limit set forth in the law. In this descriptive-analytical study, we will try to study the laws of legal protection of the great families of martyrs and veterans.
