Designing the Growth and Development Pattern of Rural Cooperatives in Sabzevar County by the Grounded Theory Method

The present study was aimed at designing a growth pattern and developing rural cooperatives in Sabzevar city. The overall approach is qualitative research, which was used to analyze the qualitative data from the grounded theory.The statistical society of this research is all the pundits and experts related to the field of rural cooperatives consisting of university professors, relevant authorities in the provincial governorate and counties, experts of the Rural Cooperative Office, and managers and employees in rural rural cooperatives of the city.In this research, based on purposeful sampling, we selected 30 individuals as sample size and identified the factors influencing the growth and development of rural cooperatives. Data were collected through individual interviews with sample members. For data analysis, open coding, axial and selective coding was used. The results showed that the pattern of the 6 categories, 24 concepts and 66 codes, including causal conditions (goals and importance of cooperatives), background factors (management factors, adherence to the principles and rules of cooperatives, participation and cooperation of the members, etc. ), The axiological category (development and development of rural cooperatives), environmental interventions (private sector competition, financial problems of members, government support, etc.), strategies (train members and empowerment of employees, use of advanced equipment and science of the day, Creating trust in cooperatives and managers, etc.), the outcomes (development of the development of Sabzevar rural cooperatives)
