The use of some molecular methods in the diagnosis of human hydatid cyst in some cities of Razavi Khorasan province

Geranium has many healing properties. One of the properties of gerbera that is very widely used is helping to treat depression. Another property of geranium is to help treat inflammation, swelling and body pain. Geranium extract can reduce the swelling of the damaged tissue by 60%. Calendula contains antioxidants and flavonoids, and because of these, Calendula can reduce back pain and knee arthritis. With its anti-inflammatory properties, this medicinal plant can be used to treat diseases such as rheumatism, gout, eczema, and hemorrhoids. Materials and methods: In this study, the effect of hydroalcoholic extract of gerbil on cancer and skin inflammations in mice was investigated. To carry out this study, 40 mice weighing 20-30 grams were used for one week in conditions of 12 hours and 12 hours of darkness at a temperature between 20 and 24 degrees Celsius and a relative humidity of 45-55% in order to adapt to the environment. Animals were kept in the house. Cultivation and propagation of murine coma fibrosa cell line (WEHZ 164) The murine coma fibrosa cell line was obtained from Pasteur Institute, Tehran. The members of each group of mice were injected with tumor cells (WEHZ 164) under the skin of the chest area to make them cancerous (100/cc100/5 microliters). These cells were of fibrosarcoma type determined in Belb/c mice. Findings: The studied groups include; The cancer group received 0.5 ml of normal saline by the injection method and Safi steps (LP). was injected. The cancer group receiving 100 mg of primrose extract dissolved in 0.5 cc was normal saline, which was injected by the internal injection (LP) method. The cancer group received 200 mg of primrose extract dissolved in 0.5 cc. It was normal saline that was injected by internal injection (LP) method. Control group; There were mice that did not develop cancer and 0.5 cc were injected daily by internal injection method. Conclusion: Statistically, there is a significant relationship between the weight of mice, the weight of their tumor and the area of their tumor.
