Investigating the Relationship between Teachers' Curriculum Skills and Mindfulness and Self-Esteem in Elementary School Students in Neyshabur City

The main objective of this study was to investigate the relationship between teachers'. The statistical population of the study included all elementary school students in Neyshabur, 45,000 male and female students in grades 1 to 6. For the sampling method, 381 elementary curriculum skills and mindfulness and self-esteem in elementary school students in Neyshabur school students in Neyshabur were considered as a sample unit, which is 385 people. Regarding the research sample, the gender status in the sample under study was: out of 37 teachers, 28 were female and 9 were male; In other words, 75.7 percent of the study subjects are female and 24.3 percent are male. In terms of teachers' age, 5 (13.5 percent) of the teachers are under 30 years old, 24 (64.9 percent) are between 31 and 40 years old, and 8 (21.6 percent) are between 41 and 50 years old. In terms of educational qualifications, 2 (5.4 percent) of the study subjects have a post-secondary diploma and 20 (54.1 percent) have a bachelor's degree. Also, 15 (40.5%) of the respondents had a master's degree. In terms of the distribution of teachers' frequency by teaching level, 9 (24.3%) of the teachers are teaching in the third grade, 12 (32.4%) in the fourth grade, 7 (18.9%) in the fifth grade, and 9 (24.3%) in the sixth grade. In terms of the distribution of students' frequency by gender, out of the 385 students studied, 242 were girls and 143 were boys. In other words, 62.9 percent of the students studied are girls and 37.1 percent are boys, and in terms of the students' educational level, 99 (25.7 percent) of the students are studying in the third grade, 124 (32.2 percent) in the fourth grade, 70 (18.2 percent) in the fifth grade, and 92 (23.9 percent) in the sixth grade. According to the results obtained in the inferential statistics section, Shapiro-Wilk and Kolmogorov-Smirnov tests were used, which indicated that the variables were normal. Using the Pearson correlation test, it was determined that there is a positive and significant relationship between teachers' curriculum skills and mindfulness and self-esteem of elementary school students in Neyshabur city.
