Investigating the Effect of Participatory Management Style on Self-Regulation and Developmental Behavior of Elementary School Teachers in Sabzevar City, Academic Year 1402-1403

The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the effect of participatory management on self-regulation and developmental behavior in elementary school teachers in Sabzevar city in the academic year 1402-1403. The research method in this study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of method, correlation type. The statistical population of the study was all elementary school teachers in Sabzevar city, 1350 people. Based on this table, the number of samples for the statistical population of the study was determined as 318 people (according to the Krejci and Morgan table). The required information was collected through the standard self-regulation questionnaire of Pintridge and DeGroot (1990); the standard developmental behavior questionnaire of Perlat (2006) and the standard participatory management questionnaire (Faizi, 2007). Structural equation modeling method was used to analyze the data using SPSS version 26 and Smart-Pls software. The results showed that participatory management has an effect on self-regulation and developmental behavior in elementary school teachers in Sabzevar city in the academic year 1402-1403. (p < 0.05).
