The legal status of guaranteeing the criminal execution of deception in marriage in Islamic jurisprudence and criminal law of Iran

Honesty is one of the criteria for the solidity of marriage between young couples, and the dishonesty of one of the spouses has accounted for a large number of family law court cases. Fraud in marriage is mostly by lying about age, education, and income level. or hiding a previous marriage. Family law in Islam is an important part of rules and ethics, and all its aspects and angles have been carefully considered in the Islamic religion. The purpose of this research is to examine the enforcement of the criminal guarantee of deception in marriage. Marriage is one of the most important periods in the life of any person. A successful marriage can lead a person to an ideal life in the future and guarantee his future. On the other hand, an unsuccessful marriage will ruin the future of people. Honesty and clarification about what is the reality of each person's life is very important and key in the initial stages of marriage and especially in the courtship stage. In the realm of criminal law, deception in marriage is the concept of proving desirable traits or concealing defects by resorting to illusory and false affairs and omissions of the other party to the marriage contract, causing confusion on the deceived person and the contract is formed on this basis
