The effect of educational leadership style on effective teaching with the mediating role of professional learning in teachers of the second year of secondary education in Sabzevar city in the academic year ۱۴۰۲-۱۴۰۳

The present research was conducted with the aim of investigating the effect of educational leadership style on effective teaching with the mediating role of professional learning in second year secondary education teachers of Sabzevar city in the academic year of 1402-1403. The research method in this study is applied in terms of purpose and correlational in terms of descriptive method. The statistical population of the research was all teachers of the second year of secondary education in Sabzevar city in the academic year of 1401-1402, whose number was 615, and according to Morgan's table, 234 were selected by stratified random sampling. The required information was collected through the professional learning questionnaire of Yin et al. (2019), the effective teaching questionnaire of Mahmoudi et al. (2018) and the educational leadership questionnaire of Hollinger (2013). In order to analyze the data, Pearson's correlation test and multiple regression were used using SPS version 26 software. The results showed that the educational leadership style has an effective effect on teaching with the mediating role of professional learning in teachers of the second year of secondary education. Sabzevar city is effective in the academic year 1402-1403
