Knowing the crimes and responsibilities in any profession requires a person to always consider the side of caution and respect the rights of others. On the one hand, this recognition in practice causes compensation to the victims, and on the other hand, with the role of deterrence, it creates peace in the society. Issuing a medical certificate is one of the daily duties of doctors and other medical professionals. One of the most important and common reasons for doctors to issue a certificate is to issue a certificate for exemption from serving in government offices or conscription or appearing in courts and judicial authorities. Due to the importance of issuing these medical certificates, the legislator has considered the guarantee of criminal execution for the issuance of false certificates in order to prevent damage to the government and natural and legal persons, or to disturb the public order of society and to protect the sanctity of medical work, and the perpetrators of such crimes considers it to be subject to criminal prosecution and trial and punishment, which has a significant impact on the strength of the relationship between the doctor and the patient. Regarding the certificates required for marriage registration and divorce registration, doctors must act on the legal and Shariah issuance of these types of certificates. And the issuance of any certificate against the facts may cause spiritual and material damages in the situation of marriage and the future of the couple or the issue of divorce.
