Development of indicators for study based on new teaching methods - learning of elementary school teachers in Jovein city

The current research is a descriptive and correlational research in terms of practical purpose and in terms of data collection method. The statistical population of the current research is all the teachers of education in Joyn city in the academic year 1402-1401, which is a total of 338 people. Of these, 180 are women and 158 are men who were selected by simple random sampling. To measure the research variables, a standard questionnaire was used, which was taken from the book Teaching Patterns by Joyce et al., and it contains 36 items and has four subscales: 1. Family of information processing pattern, 2. Family of social pattern, 3. The family of the individual model and 4. the family of the model of behavioral systems. In this research, in order to describe the variables to describe the data and observations, descriptive statistics methods such as: frequency distribution tables, descriptive charts and central indices (such as mean, mode, mean) and dispersion indices (such as standard deviation and variance) were used. Statistical methods including Cronbach's alpha test were used for the reliability of the questionnaire, which was done using SPSS 2021. To analyze the data in the model process, we validate the tool using the structural equation method using PLS 2021 software. The research results show that based on modern teaching-learning methods, information processing indicators, social model, individual model and behavioral systems model are suitable for study.
