Determining indicators for action research based on new teaching-learning methods of primary teachers in Joghtai city

The current research is a descriptive and correlational research in terms of practical purpose and in terms of data collection method. The statistical population of the current research is the total number of primary school teachers of Joghtai city in the academic year 1402-1401, which is a total of 370 people. Of these, 183 women and 187 men were selected by simple random sampling. To measure the research variables, a standard questionnaire taken from Joyce et al.'s Teaching Patterns book was used, which contains 36 items and has four subscales: 1. Information Processing Pattern Family, 2. Social Pattern Family, 3. Family the individual model and 4. the family model of behavioral systems. In this research, descriptive statistics indicators such as frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation are used to describe the variables and inferential statistics to analyze the data (Kolmogrov-Smirnov test to determine the normality of the data distribution to use parametric tests, Pearson correlation test and multiple regression) was used. To analyze the data in the process of the model with the help of the method of structural equations using PLS 2021 software, we went to the validation of the measurement tool. The results of the research show that the optimal indicators for action research are based on modern teaching-learning methods of information processing, social model, individual model and behavioral systems model.
