The place of artificial intelligence in resolving disputes through international commercial arbitration

Artificial intelligence is a branch of computer science whose main purpose is to produce intelligent machines capable of performing tasks that require human intelligence. Artificial intelligence is actually a simulation of human intelligence for the computer, and artificial intelligence is actually a machine that is programmed to think like a human and has the ability to mimic human behavior. This definition can be applied to all machines that function in the same way as the human mind and can perform tasks such as problem solving and learning. Today, due to the rise of commercial lawsuits at the international level and the complexity of international relations, many lawsuits are increasing in the courts. Due to the fact that it may not be possible to travel from one country to another to settle international trade disputes, these cases are given to arbitration. Recently, this judging is done through online space and artificial intelligence. In Iranian law, the Electronic Commerce Law was passed in 2003, which helps a lot in the field of arbitration through artificial intelligence. Given the infancy of such an application in the field of commercial litigation at the international level, there are challenges such as legal and administrative challenges in this area. In this dissertation, which is written in a descriptive-analytical manner, it examines arbitration through artificial intelligence in international commercial lawsuits .
