The effectiveness of the educational ambassadors project on increasing the knowledge and specialized skills of secondary school teachers in Sabzevar

The purpose of this research is to investigate the effectiveness of the Education Improvement Ambassadors project on increasing the knowledge and specialized skills of secondary school teachers in Sabzevar city in the academic year of 1402-1401. The type of research work and research is applied in terms of purpose and semiexperimental in terms of method and pre-test and post-test with a control group. The statistical population includes all secondary school teachers in Sabzevar city, whose number is 1100, which was selected by cluster random sampling. This is a descriptive, post-event, causal-comparative study in which 60 teachers in the experimental group participated in the educational improvement ambassadors project. There were 60 people in the control group who did not participate in the educational improvement ambassadors project. After both groups, a post-test was taken. After 16 teacher training sessions were held for the experimental group and a post-test was taken from both groups. The design and research method has been collected in the form of a questionnaire in the field and in the library. Among the questions of teachers' specialized knowledge from Babaei (2019) with the aim of determining teachers' cognitive, skill, attitudinal, behavioral and managerial knowledge. and teachers' specialized skills questionnaire, Maraghati Khoui's specialized skills questionnaire (2018) dimensions of knowledge, management and organization, educational, communication and motivation have been analyzed. Research by Khashoui and Nouri (2015) to check the validity of the construct, the final coefficient of this questionnaire was reported as 93% and 89% by Cronbach's method and halving, respectively. منابع 91 91 Also, in order to analyze the data, the inferential descriptive statistical method was used, and independent t-statistics and one-way analysis of variance were used to measure the role of education improvement ambassadors on the knowledge and skills of teachers. The findings of the research showed that the difference between the average members of the group receiving training compared to the group not receiving training is significant. As a result, the project of educational improvement ambassadors has an effect on the knowledge and specialized skills of teachers. Therefore, it is suggested that this project of educational improvement ambassadors be implemented in all schools across the country. It is applicable for other educational levels and employees of organizations.
