the effect of transformational leadership style and management control system on management per formance

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of transformational leadership style and management control system on management performance at National Bank Branches in Khorasan Razavi province.The research method was descriptive survey of correlation type and applied with the purpose of collecting data.The statistical population of this study is all managers of branches of National Bank of Khorasan Razavi province.According to the statistics, the number of managers of the National Bank Branches in Khorasan Razavi province is 164.The statistical sample was 128 people using Morgan table.The data gathering tool was a standard questionnaire whose content validity was confirmed by professors and experts in the field of management and its reliability was also measured by Cronbach's alpha coefficient test and considering that the test value for all components was higher than 0.7, It was confirmed.The collected data were analyzed using structural equation equation methods using SmartPLS software.The results showed that there is a meaningful relationship between transformational leadership and management function, comprehensive performance appraisal system, reward system and managers' use of comprehensive accounting information.There is a meaningful relationship between a comprehensive performance evaluation system and a reward system and comprehensive accounting information.There is also a significant relationship between reward system and management function and the use of comprehensive accounting information by managers. Finally, there is a meaningful relationship between comprehensive accounting information and management performance. .
