Legal liability of Infertility Treatment Institutions

In medical science when in the age of fertility, husband and wife one year after marriage, don’t have children despite having sexual activity, one of couples suffers from infertility. Paternal infertility such as varicocele and ozospermia and maternal infertility source such as uterine ovarian tumor syndrome and schimer syndrome. Infertile people go to infertility treatment institution to solve their problem. If the couples are injured when they go to these institutions, depending on the source of the damage, institutions are responsible. If the loss is due to a breach of contract, the institution will be responsible whether it is public or private. The liability for damages caused by an employee's verdict is the employee himself. If the .damage is due to equipment failure, the institution will be responsible.
