R & D investment and financing of financial distress

Research and development; it is said to be an innovative work that is systematically done to add to existing knowledge and use this knowledge to invent new applications; companies are expected to pay attention to Provide investment and special attention to research and development for reducing the risk of financial distress. This research examines the relationship between investment in research and development and the risk of distress. This research was conducted for a 5-year period between 91 and 95 years in listed companies. In this research, financial leverage, company size, dichotomy of the role of CEO and company life are also used as a control variable. The results of the research showed that there is a negative relationship between investing in research and development and financial distress.In this research, financial leverage, company size, dichotomy of the role of CEO and company life are also used as a control variable. There is a significant increase in research and development investment in research and development because research and developmentas an organizational survival factor can be a deterrent to financial distress
