a juridical study of imam alis letters

Every person needs a way to live and evolve and has a pattern to live better. However, if that person is a Muslim, and in particular Shiite, he needs a special method and pattern, but a better model than Amir al-Mu'minin Ali ('a), where the Shi'ah finds meaning in his name. Hence, in this thesis, the letters of the Prophet were given in the form of advice and verdict, and according to the jurisprudence of the Ahl al-Bayt, it has been analyzed and analyzed so that how the jurisprudential issues will be covered by the Prophet in their writings; therefore, this treatise has two chapters Generalities and Concepts and Writings. The result of this thesis, in addition to the ethical and social use of the public, explains the duties of the staff of the departments and organizations that are in some way associated with the Beit Elmal of Muslims in relation to Beit Elmal.
