Differences of opinion have been widespread among the jurists in the past, and this difference of opinion is the driving force for dynamic jurisprudence. Part of the dissent of Shatil and Tusi in the Abuq of the contract is based on the difference in their view of how to infer from the jurisprudential issues, in such a way that the martyr first explores the issues thoroughly and precisely in the commentary, therefore in some cases The whole view of Sheikh Tusi is different. And another part of the dissent vote of Shahid I and Sheikh Tusi is due to the narrations, in that the martyr first usually weakens the narrative of the narrations used by Sheikh Tusi and the famous jurists.
