The relationship between personality traits and happiness and self-efficacy employees of the Education Department of Sabzevar

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between personality traits with happiness and self-efficacy of employees of Sabzevar Education Department. The purpose of this research is applied and in terms of descriptive - correlation method. Statistical community of the survey All the formal and contractual staff of the Education Department of Sabzevar have 110 people. The sample size is calculated based on the Morgan table of 100 people. The sample was selected by simple random sampling method. Data were collected using library and field method. The standard questionnaires were Neo personal questionnaire and Self-efficacy questionnaire (GSES). The reliability of the questionnaires was confirmed by the Cronbach method and the validity of the tool was confirmed by the content method. Pearson correlation and multivariate regression were also used to analyze the data using SPSS software. Using the Cochran formula, the sample size was calculated. Of 130 employees, 100 people were selected to complete the questionnaire. The choices were completely random.
