Legal study of race and religion in the Iranian system in sentencing criminals

In this dissertation on the role of the offender's race and religion in determining the punishment in Iran's legal system, in the form of three chapters, we will seek a comprehensive study of jurisprudence and the Islamic Penal Code. The color and race of the two signs are important signs of the race, which expresses the viewpoint of Islam about the intense racial prejudice and tribalism. Also, the study of religion and its effect on the reduction and intensification of punishment is one of the topics discussed in this research. The results of the research indicate that the characteristics and characteristics of the offender have always been attentive to the determination of punishment. Despite the stipulation of the laws and the claims of criminal law enforcement officers on the equalization of individuals against the law, today the religion and race of the perpetrator are a cornerstone in the criminal law and the practice of criminal justice enforcement. These qualities sometimes act as a factor and sometimes act as an acronym for punishment.
