survey of Synergistic effect of a quatic and alcholicc esfand and Eucalyptus Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria

Incidence of drug resistance and the ability of bacteria to cause disease on plants has led to many studies done to investigate their antibacterial activities . Two examples of this are harmal and Eucalyptus .Eucalyptus is a plant of the family Myrtas•h with antimicrobial properties and its properties have been considered.This plant is a rich source of polyphenols and Trpnvyydhast and the main compound leaf is Akalyptvl or Cineole.Harmal such as medicinal plants in Iranian traditional medicine , which in the past it was used as an antiseptic .The aim of this study was to evaluate the antimicrobial properties of aqueous extract of eucalyptus and Espand on the number of positive and Gram-negative bacteria . Our findings showed that in both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria increase inhibitory concentration will increase the percentage of positive and Gram-negative bacteria and the lowest Espand extract , eucalyptus greatest impact on bacterial growth is inhibited .
