Assessment and comparison of the effect of on-demand and virtual in-service training on job satisfaction and performance of primary school teachers in Sabzevar, 1397

The purpose of this study was to compare and compare the effect of in-service and virtual training on the efficiency and job satisfaction of elementary teachers in Sabzevar, Iran, from 1378 to 1398. This is an applied study and a causal-comparative study. The statistical population consists of elementary school teachers in Sabzevar city in the year 1397-98. 30 people were randomly selected from each group of those who received in-person education and those who did not attend formal education. Based on the purpose of the research, one main hypothesis and two sub-hypotheses were written and tested using two-tailed mean comparison test, which resulted in assumptions about the effectiveness of in-service and virtual training on primary teachers' job performance and satisfaction. Sabzevar was not approved in 1977-98. Therefore, it can be concluded that in-service and online training does not have a significant effect on the performance and job satisfaction of elementary teachers in Sabzevar in 1389-98.
