the relationship between cultural intelligence and thinking style and coping style of high school principals in sabzevar

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between cultural intelligence and the style of thinking and style toward high school students in Sabzevar city. The purpose of this research is applied research, and the research method is a descriptive - correlation type. The statistical population consisted of all senior managers of the first and second period of Sabzevar city in 84 people who were selected through a total sampling method. The questionnaire used in this study was Cultural Intelligence Questionnaire (Agan et al., 2004), Lazarus and Fulkman Coping Strategies Questionnaire (1988), Sternberg & Wagner Thinking Styles Questionnaire (1992). Data collection was performed using SPSS software version 23 and parsing. Regression analysis and correlation analysis have been analyzed and analyzed. The result of Pearson correlation test showed that there is a significant relationship between cultural intelligence, thinking style and coping styles. The result of multiple analysis showed that thinking style and coping style can regulate cultural intelligence.
