The Impact of Implementing Family Sentences on Society's Ethical Security

The family is the smallest community of people whose members' relationships are primarily emotional and blood-related, which creates this relationship of specific duties and rights. The role of a husband, father, mother, child, brotherhood and sister are roles that exist in the family. These roles create a legal relationship among family members. These legal relations are investigated in sections of civil law and jurisprudence such as the book of marriage, divorce, inheritance, etc. The implementation of legal orders in the family of the guardian of family order is part of society. This order helps members of the family get official government support against other members of the family. In the establishment of family order is not the principle of law. This research has been written with the aim of investigating the effect of implementing family sentences on the ethical security of the community and the ways of creating ethical security in society through analytical-explanatory methods. It is assumed that family rulings affect the moral security of the community. At the end of the writer, it concludes that what affirms family relationships is affection that is established among family members. Knowing the ethical rules of the family and acting on them keeps the love of the family healthy and fertile, and in the shadow of the fertility of the seedlings of love, the family order is based, without the need for the support of the judiciary.
