The Impact of Teaching on the Professional Knowledge of Elementary Teachers in Sabzevar

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of using the curriculum program on the professional knowledge of elementary school teachers in Sabzourvari. In this research, first, the definition and concept of professional knowledge, what is its purpose, and then the definition of program features The study program and its implementation in the classroom. The statistical population of this study is all teachers working in elementary education in Sabzevar city in the academic year of 97-96 with 1020 students and a sample of 120 teachers from elementary schools in Sabzevar city (60 among those who participated in the study program of the company In the test group and 60 of those who have not completed the study, they are in the control group). In this way, for the experimental group, the study program was grouped as an independent variable and the control group did not receive any training. Both groups were selected by simple random sampling. In this research, two researcher-made questionnaires titled Assessment of Teacher's Professional Knowledge and Teaching Impact on Teacher's Professional Knowledge (Self-Assessment) were used. Each questionnaire contained 30 questions in terms of five components of criticality, creativity, technology, new teaching method, trust Self-esteem is a collaborative effort with a five-point Likert scale that was tested two days prior to conducting a study and after conducting a study course. The reliability coefficient of the questionnaire was estimated by Cronbach's alpha of 0.933. Finally, after the implementation of the program, to determine the effectiveness of this program, the subjects were tested and the scores of both tests were analyzed for the comparison in the statistical system. The results of this study were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics using spss20 software. At the level of descriptive statistics, statistics such as frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and inferential statistics of multivariate covariance analysis were used. The results showed that in all components of professional knowledge of teachers, scores in post test group were more than pre-test . Also, data analysis has shown that the study approach has been effective in increasing the professional knowledge of elementary school teachers in Sabzevar. And it's possible to use curriculum as a program to enhance the professional knowledge of teachers in elementary schools.
