بررسی الکتروفورتیک پلی مورفیسم هموگلوبین افراد گروه خونی Aو همبستگی آن با مقادیر PCV ، هموگلوبین تام ، آهن و مس خون
در این پژوهش هموگلوبین افراد گروه خونی A در رنج سنی 19 تا 60 سال که حداقل 2 بار اهدا خون مستمر در یک سال داشتند، توسط روش الکتروفورز استات سلولز مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و ارتباط آن با مقادیر هموگلوبین تام، هماتوکریت، تعداد گلبول های قرمز، مس و آهن سرم خون تعیین گردید.
مجموعا 30 نمونه خون شامل 15 نمونه ی مرد و 15 نمونه ی زن اخذ شد.
میانگین مقادیر هماتوکریت، هموگلوبین تام و تعداد گلبول های قرمز در زنان به ترتیب: gr/dl 66/3 ± 12/44 درصد و gr/dl 33/1 ± 56/14 و و gr/dl 55/0 ± 05/5 و در مردان به ترتیب: gr/dl 27/2 ± 23/45 و gr/dl 85/0 ± 05/15 و gr/dl 28/0 ± 11/5 حاصل گشت. هیچ گونه اختلاف معنی داری در بین دو جنس مشاهده نشد. میانگین مقدار مس در زنان gr/dl 6/23 ± 13/96 و در مردان gr/dl 39/28 ± 25/77 مشاهده شد. دو گروه زنان و مردان اختلاف معنی دار آماری از نظر میزان مس سرم با هم ندارند. مقدار آهن سرم در زنان gr/dl 88/33 ± 6/96 و در مردان gr/dl 39/39 ± 2/94 تعیین گردید. دو گروه زنان و مردان اختلاف معنی دار آماری از نظر میزان آهن سرم با هم ندارند.
همچنین میانگین مقادیر HBA، HBF و HBA2 در زنان به ترتیب: gr/dl 3/1 ± 22/14 و gr/dl 041/0 ± 08/0 و gr/dl 046/0 ± 273/0 و میانگین مقادیر HBA، HBF و HBA2 در مردان به ترتیب: gr/dl 87/0 ± 67/14 و gr/dl 05/0 ± 061/0و gr/dl 079/0 ± 282/0 حاصل شد که هیچ گونه اختلاف معنی داری در بین دو جنس مشاهده نشد.

In this study, hemoglobin A group aged 19-60 years, who had at least 2 donations of continuous blood in one year, was evaluated by cellulose acetate electrophoresis and its association with total .
A total of 30 blood samples including 15 male and 15 female samples were obtained.
The mean values of hematocrit, total hemoglobin and red blood cell count in women were 44.12 ± 3.66 gr/dl and 14.56 ± 1.33 gr/dl and 5.5 ± 0.55 gr/dl respectively And in men, respectively, were 25.23 ± 2.27 gr/dl and 15.05 ± 0.85 gr/dl and 5.11 ± 0.89 gr/dl respectively. No significant differences were found between the two sexes.hemoglobin, hematocrit, red blood cell count , copper and Serum iron were determined.
The mean of copper content in women was 63.13± 23.6 gr/dl and in the men, 25.27± 39.3 gr/dl. There are no statistically significant differences in the serum copper levels between the two groups of women and men. The serum iron level in women was 96.63 ± 6.26 gr/dl and 94.2 ± 39.39 gr/dl, respectively. There are no statistically significant differences in the serum iron level between the two groups of women and men.
Also, the mean values of HBA, HBF and HBA2 in women were 14.22 ± 1.3 gr/dl and 08.02 ± 0.04 gr/dl and 273 ± 046 gr/dl and the mean values of HBA, HBF and HBA2 in men were 14.67 ± 0.87 gr/dl and 0.061 ± 0.05 gr/dland 0.228 ± 0.079 gr/dl, which showed no significant difference between the two Gender was not observed.
