Indices of the family in Sura An-Nisa

Abstract: Wherever the word comes from (right), you have to talk about it (besides). Because no right is obligated to anyone, unless a right is assigned to that right. The rights of the family are not excluded from this, and so the husband and wife with special rights are obliged to perform a duty to each other, due to the special characteristics governing the family relations, the definition of the general framework of rights and duties, and the drawing of the boundary. It is simply not possible. Because in contrast to other contracts, in the marriage contract, there are two material and spiritual aspects, the spiritual aspect of which is the priority. More precisely, in regulating the emotional relationships of a husband and wife, ethics governs the rules of law. In terms of marriage, talking about human emotions is love, intimacy, and loyalty, and rights alone are incapable of governing their relationships. Greetings to the family are sanctified and a special status is given, in a way that is not comparable with the institution and institution. The terms used in the Qur'an and the traditions concerning the family clearly illustrate this claim. In this research, we study the legal indicators of the family institution in the Sura of Mobarakeh Nisa.
