AP1 factors and blimp1 expression in prostate cancer cells

The investigation the expression of two AP1 and blimp1 transfection factors in prostate cancer cells has been investigated. In these studies, by first cultivating cancer cells in a culture medium and extracting RNA, the CDNA was produced, and then it was determined by the PCR reaction that these two factors were expressed in prostate cancer cells of LNcap. By performing Real time pcr, the expression of these two factors in this cell line was investigated. To influence the effect of the TGF-beta factor on these factors, first, treat the cells of this cell line under TGFbeta, then put Realtime pcr into account and achieve this result. TGF-beta has no effect on these transcription factors. Prostate cancer is common in men, so researchers are looking for ways to prevent and treat them, which will take a step closer in the near future to these methods and factors to cure this disease.
