A comparative study of sports rights contracts in Iran and Europe

According to the title of the thesis,the purpose is to in this thesis,we have tried to analyze the sports contract and examine its various aspects including the basis of the contract,its subject,the nature of the rights,the rights and obligations of the parties to the contract,the terms of termination,and the rights of the contracts of sports In Europe,which is more ancient and more detailed,We have to adapt.Considering that in this research,refering to the rules of sport is inevitable,it has been tried to consider the sport of football in the light of the rules and regulations of sport,as well as the procedures of the relevant organizations and sports.Because,firstly,footballsport in Iran has more and more popularity and,secondly,the rules and regulations in football are more coherent and transferring players and concluding their contracts as well as their competitions with a better order.with regard to the types of sports contracts in European Law,these contracts include sponsorship contracts and radio and television broadcasting as a sporting event.In relation to the effects of sports contracts,in the rights of Iran and European countries,player and club obligations similar to those of European law have been more precise and detailed,for example,the player accepts that he plays with his best in all competitions determined by the club or one of the clubs obligations to pay the player.and in relation to the dissolution of the contract as a co- opration,the unilateral termination of the European lae by both the player and unlike Iranian law,it was not recognized by the club and it did not require ceremonies.e
