Investigate the relationship participatory management with social capital and Spiriual health of first high school teachers in Sabzevar

The spiritual health of people in society, especially its effective and constructive strata, is a necessity for the dynamics, maturity and promotion of that society. The outstanding role of teachers as future builders of each community requires the need to pay attention to their health, especially spiritual well-being, as well as identifying and eliminating negative factors affecting the spiritual health of them. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between participatory management with social capital and spiritual health of first grade high school teachers in Sabzevar. This research was conducted in Sabzevar primary schools and in the academic year of 1396-97. The statistical population of this study included all 770 high school teachers in Sabzevar city and teaching staff in the academic year of 1391-97. The present study was applied in a descriptive-correlational way. The sampling method was cluster sampling. The main method of collecting information in this research was a questionnaire and data analysis was performed using spss19 software. The coefficient of multi-correlation coefficient of social capital and its dimensions indicates a good relationship between the variable of participatory management and social capital and its components (structural dimension, communication dimension and cognitive dimension), as well as between the variable of participatory management and spiritual health and its components (spiritual health and existential health), there is a moderate correlation coefficient. Therefore, participatory management has a significant effect on the two dimensions of social capital and spiritual health.
