Considering the importance of the waybill in the development of international trade, It is of great importance how a waybill be issued and its content in accordance with the Iranian Transportation Law and various international conventions and the effect on the level of future commitments of the parties. These include the number of copies of the waybill, and in particular, its various forms, namely, order waybill, waybill to the order of particular person, waybill to bearer. Regarding the contents of the waybill, some terms and conditions are explicitly mentioned, and others are implicitly mentioned. According to the studies carried out in international transportation, you can mention three types of maritime, air and road waybill .Each of these bills has its own terms, features and laws, which referred in the Commercial Code and the International Transport Conventions.
