The impact of employee perceptions of companies social responsibility performance housing construction in Mashhad

This research aims to investigate the effect of employees' perception of social responsibility on the performance of construction companies in four economic, legal, ethical and national dimensions in 1395. The statistical population of this study, which is descriptive and of statistical type, All of the active companies in the construction industry of Mashhad Their total number is 521 companies and Of the registered companies, 324 companies were active and Only 234 companies belong to the private sector. The sample size according to the Cochran formula is 353 people, Which was selected randomly and the instrument of research was the questionnaire of the 8th component of Social Responsibility Carole (1991); With a reliability of 88% and a standard 42-item questionnaire of organizational performance of Hersey and Gold Smith (1998) with a reliability coefficient of 80% Whose validity has been confirmed by the views of the professors. T-test and structural equation model were used to analyze the data. In examining the effect of employee perception on the economic responsibility of social responsibility on the performance of construction companies, Ratio of the path to the rate (0.374); The legal dimension is as much as (0.306) the moral dimension to the extent (-0.078) of the national dimension (0.348) It is estimated. The results showed All dimensions of social responsibility, with the exception of moral dimension, affect the performance of construction companies in Mashhad. Disapproval of the moral dimension indicates a low level of attention to ethical barriers in this section
