A comparative study of civil liability Mhjvryn representatives in Iran and Egypt

Civil responsibility of parents under the responsibility for act of others went discussion; whereas, it is an especial aspect of responsibility. Civil responsibility comes from bad acts of incapables which has been attended by legislators and lawyers. Justice, fair and social interests force guardians to compensate for any damages made by incapables. In modern era, weakening of family power and low family supervision of parents on children and adolescents, the contemporary society extended their freedom, whether qualified or not; in result, daily increase of application of bike by children and dangerous instruments damages them or others and concerning the increase of psychic diseases, compensation for damages made by incapables by their guardians has been attended by legislators and lawyers and theorists. Importance of such subject has been increasingly attended.
