بررسی حقوق زنان در قوانین بعد از انقلاب اسلامی
در این پایان نامه به بررسی تحولات حقوق زنان در ایران پس از انقلاب اسلامی می پردازیم. به همین منظور به بررسی تحولاتی که پس از انقلاب اسلامی در زمینه حقوق زنان رخ داده است، پرداخته و حقوق زنان در قبل و بعد از انقلاب، تغییرات و تحولات جدی و بنیادین در مورد وضعیت زنان گردیده که البته انقلاب اسلامی نقش بسزایی در عرصه اجتماعی و ... با توجه به نقش مادری و تربیت فرزندان داشته است. در این پژوهش تحولات حقوق زنان در سه حوزه مدنی، قضایی و کیفری به شکل جداگانه مورد بررسی قرار گرفته علاوه بر اینکه به این موارد به طور تفصیل پرداخته به مستندات فقهی هم توجه شده تا نشان داده شود که این تغییرات انجام شده در جهت تطبیق با قوانین و دستورات اسلامی بوده و تحولاتی که در زمینه حقوق زنان پس از انقلاب اسلامی ایجاد شده به معنای رفع تمام مشکلات آن¬ها نیست. چرا که عدم شناخت دقیق از نیازها و بی‌توجهی نسبت به تحولات اجتماعی این حوزه‌ها و همچنین متناسب توزیع نکردن منابع و امکانات در عرصه اجتماعی و فرهنگی و ... امروزه از مشکلاتی است که قطعاً با برنامه‌ریزی قابل حل خواهد بود.
