بررسی خلاهای قانونی حقوق رسانه های گروهی
در طول تاریخ زندگی بشر، ارتباط با هم نوع یکی از نیازهای اساسی بشر بوده است. با گذر تاریخ و عبور از دوره‌های مختلف زندگی بشر، نحوه برطرف شدن این نیاز فطری متنوع بوده است ولیکن اصل وجودی آن هیچ‌گاه مورد خدشه واقع نشده است. گسترش امکانات ارتباطی در همه ابعاد زندگی بشر تاثیرگذار بوده است و یکی از ابعادی که تحت تأثیر قرار داده نحوه ارتباط افراد با یک دیگر است. امروزه، هیچ کشوری را نمی‌توان یافت که در آن از وسایل ارتباط جمعی استفاده گسترده‌ای نشود. کشور ما نیز از این قاعده مستثنی نبوده است و با گسترش انواع وسایل ارتباط جمعی، لزوم استفاده از آن، روز به روز، بیشتر نمایان می‌شود.
از آن جایی که کشور ما طبق قانون اساسی و اراده مردم در انقلاب اسلامی، تحت تعالیم فقه شیعی اداره می‌شود، همه اصول و فروع آن نیز باید با فقه شیعه مطابقت داده شود. رسانه و حضور افراد مختلف در آن، یکی از موضوعاتی است که در حدود و ثغور آن از لحاظ حقوقی و فقهی، در طول سالیان قبل و بعد از انقلاب، بسیار مورد توجه بوده است و مطالب بسیاری نیز پیرامون آن بیان شده است.
در این پژوهش سعی نویسنده بر آن بوده است تا با بررسی مبانی فقهی و حقوقی رسانه به بررسی خلاءهای قانونی حقوق رسانه‌های گروهی بپردازد. بدیهی است از آنجا که نهاد خانواده از نهادهای اجتماعی محسوب می گردد در ضمن مباحث اجتماعی جای گرفته و برای تخصصی شدن موضوع فصلی هم به عنوان خانواده و رسانه نگاشته شده است.

Throughout history human life has been associated with both type one of the basic human needs. Open communication has been effective in all aspects of human life and one of the aspects that influence how people communicate with one another. Today, no nation can not be found where public transport is not widely used. Our country has not been exempted from this rule and the spread of mass communication, the need to use it, day by day, more pronounced. Since the Islamic Revolution in our country according to the constitution and the will of the people, by the teachings of Shiite jurisprudence governed by the principles of Shiite jurisprudence and its derivatives should also be matched. The media and the people in it, one of the issues that the boundaries of the law and jurisprudence over the years before and after the revolution, was highly regarded and also a lot of it is expressed. In this study, it has been the author to review the media law jurisprudence and legal gaps media rights group. Obviously, since the family of social institutions considered in discussions of social and specialization subject to seasonality as well as family and written media.
