Jurisprudential and legal review of the reasons for the confidentiality of the medical records of patients in Khumshah religions

Patient's medical records in the hospital and health and medical institutions are physically, property and property of the hospital or health care institution, but because of the information content, the patient's property. The use of this information without the consent of the patient, except for the continuance of his treatment or medical research, and in cases where the law permits, is not permissible; patients must also be sure that the information contained in their file is not provided to anyone other than Health and medical staff and judicial authorities. The maintenance of patient information and medical information has been emphasized in Islamic law and jurisprudence, and Sunnis and Shiite religions have expressed opinions about the confidentiality of these documents. The aim of this thesis is to review it in the legal view and jurisprudence of Khamseh religions. In the jurisprudential review, it has been revealed that many verses and narratives indicate the confidentiality of the medical records of the patient in general. Also, the opinions of jurists and lawyers indicate that medical liability is being sought after the violation of the confidentiality of medical records. On the other hand, medical records are extinct (destruction)
