These distinctive aspects may result from the nature of the action of the relevant parties . in other words, some areas dictate taking special ,measures and put specific rules into action. One of the areas in which proceedings shall follow a different approach are family affairs and actions. The importance of family as a foundation. The nature of the actions as well as the consequences resulting from such claims (actions) justify the application and implementation of such a policy.
