Review of legal solutions to promote administrative health in the Armed Forces

Abstract: One of the goals of the resistance economy is to reform the administrative system, which is considered a fundamental step for the transformation and development of countries, and without this, other plans and efforts will not be completed. For this reason, governments have taken many measures to reform and improve their administrative structures and organizations in order to be more efficient and responsive, as well as to reduce administrative corruption. In this regard, Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei stated that: My expectation is to implement decisive, practical and impartial decisions in the fight against corruption. The organizational health of the armed forces is of particular importance, because the police can fulfill its goals and mission in the context of its healthy organizational environment. Because it is very important to know the characteristics and objectives of monitoring and control in order to improve the performance of creating health and organizational development of the police. This research, in a descriptive-analytical way and in a library form, guides us in the answer to the legal solutions to improve administrative health in the armed forces. By analyzing the position of the armed forces, in the fight against administrative corruption, several components can be effective in improving the functioning of the armed forces: adopting measures to ensure the effectiveness of investigative authorities, effective use of traditional and modern investigative methods, measures to ensure the efficiency of investigations, protecting witnesses. and proofs and finally reversing the burden of proof. Based on this, the armed forces and its investigations, before (to prevent the possible occurrence of corruption) and after the discovery of the crime (to prevent the spread and deprivation of public trust in the administrative system), are among the most important legal responses to administrative corruption.
