The commitment of the knowledge system and the intention to share knowledge with the mediating role of the motivation of personal information management

In this research, we tried to examine the relationship between the dimensions of the motivation of personal information management and the intention to share knowledge with the mediating role of the dimensions of the commitment of the knowledge system. The present research is applied to the target and in terms of research method, descriptive, survey and correlation are considered. The statistical population of this research is all employees of the Natural Resources and Natural Resources Department of North Khorasan Province and the subordinate offices in the city of 185 people. Of these, 159 individuals were selected as the statistical sample. Morgan table was used to determine the sample size. To select the appropriate sample, simple random sampling method was used. The method for collecting data is also through a questionnaire derived from Wang et al. (2018). To analyze the data, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data. The SPSS software was used for analyzing the hypothesis of the research using structural equation method using LaserLevel software. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between the commitment of the knowledge system and the intention to share knowledge with the mediating role of the motivation of personal information management.
