The role of the University of Entrepreneurship in predicting and developing academic performance with an emphasis on academic excellence

This research examines the systematic and strategic study of the entrepreneurial university process on the prediction and development of university performance with emphasis on ambidexterity. The importance of ambidexterity examination as an important process in the development and prediction of the functioning of universities has been confirmed. Therefore, the present study tries to develop and predict university performance through a conceptual model integrating the processes of the University of Entrepreneurship and the performance University and University ambidexterity. The method of this research is descriptive correlational. The statistical population of this study consists of 800 employees and faculty members at Sabzevar State University. To measure the variables, a questionnaire with a 5-point Likert scale was prepared and the questionnaire was distributed among 245 staff members and faculty members. To analyze the data of the questionnaire in the inferential statistics section, T-test, single-sample T-test, Kolmogorov-Smirnov and confirmatory factor analysis and structural model were used. The results of the research showed that the entrepreneurial university directly and indirectly through the two sides of the university ambidexterity a key role in the development of university performance. Also, the ambidexterity of the university have a positive, direct and significant impact on the development of university performance.
