Legalreview of the difference between the official document and the law enforecement agencies regarding the registration of car transfers in the notarial offices

Regarding the legalization of the regulation of motor vehicle registration in official notaries (in accordance with the enactment of the Law on Driving Offenses Investigation in 2010 and the enactment of the Executive Regulation on Driving Offenses in 2012, which is referred to in Article 29 of the Driving Offenses Investigation Act). After investigating, we concluded that license plate exchanges are not authorized to issue official documents and are only competent to prove ownership of the license plate, and that the judiciary considers the owner of the car to have issued the documents at the notaries.
