Business analytics and firm performance: The mediating role of business process performance.

To maximize the performance of a firm you need to measure many of the requirements of the organization, the most important of which is the business environment.Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of business environment analysis on firm performance with the mediating role of business process performance.For this purpose, a sample of 122 active people from the community of Mihan Insurance firm was randomly distributed questionnaires and tested using structural equation research hypotheses. Business and corporate performance are generally not significantly affected, but there is a significant relationship between business process performance and corporate performance, and ultimately business process performance has a direct impact on corporate performance;Therefore, the results of the study indicate that the business environment does not affect the performance of the company alone and can improve the performance of the business process by improving the performance of the business process. Thus,by improving the performance of the business process and analyzing the business environment, we can enhance the performance of the firm.
