Study of the causes and conflicts of individual and family rights of women

Social activities, which are one of the most important areas of women's activity and the basis for the growth and flourishing of their talents and are always considered and emphasized by Islamic teachings, are sometimes in conflict with some rights arising from marriage such as men's right to head the family and their right to enjoy. Takes. In some cases, women's employment in some social activities is contrary to family interests and women's affairs and causes harm to men and other family members. Women's employment in social activities is sometimes in conflict with some rights arising from marriage, such as the right to enjoy a man and other responsibilities of a woman, such as overseeing the upbringing of children, and so on. Depriving a woman of social activities under the pretext of not performing her duties is not only contrary to her human dignity, but also harms her and society. Individual family rights in Iran are based on the moderate and complete Islamic law. Law in the family sector is so much in the realm of moral influence that it is said that the role of the government is limited to guaranteeing the moral rules governing the family. Women's employment in social activities, which requires leaving home and being present in society, does not violate men's rights if it is in accordance with Islamic law. The results of this study show that women have conflicts in the field of individual rights and family rights that in most cases, their self-sacrifice causes them to give up their individual rights for the happiness of the family.
